Our proprietary Quartz Nozzles are made from a fused silica noncrystalline (glass) form of silicon dioxide (quartz, sand). This process creates a highly cross-linked three-dimensional structure, which gives rise to its ability to be exposed to high temperature and low thermal expansion coefficient.
