Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchange Period
We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days upon receiving order.
A return order will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

All of the items within the order are not physically damaged and show no sign of physical use unless defective.

All of the accessories originally enclosed with the purchased item(s) are included and enclosed with the purchased item(s) and in perfect condition
- Expired, broken, incorrect, and/or missing items (not included defective) within the order must be reported within 72 hours of the order’s original delivery date.
We will provide a full refund less a 30% restocking fee. Outside this period we do not accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
In the case you do receive damaged product, please let us know immediately so return shipping can be arranged. Outside of damage during transit or processing, no returns or exchanges on e-liquids / e - liquid pods will be accepted. Exchanges will only be processed on damaged bottles that are unopened and still retain their factory seal.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, disposables(Puff Bars, Mojos etc.), e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, rechargeable batteries, items with manufacturer’s visual defects including but not limited to lining gaps, small chips in the paint, and off-color resin.
If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancelled Orders will be charged a 30% restock fee.
Refund Process
Refunds may be issued back to the original payment of Credit card, debit card, etc. Lux Vapes is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package.
