Shipping Policy

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure security and accuracy of transaction placed. We do not ship orders on the holidays or weekends we are closed. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money back guarantees for any method. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you 30 days after the shipping date, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

International Shipping

Please note that all prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. Lux Vapes is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, Lux Vapes is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items. International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Canada Residents

Due to regulations imposed by Canada we cannot ship e-liquid or e-liquid vape devices into Canada currently.


 

Shipping Fees

All Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. If your order received free shipping, our cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Incorrect Address Submission

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to luxvapes.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 30% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.

 

Credit Card/Debit Card Merchant Service Policy

For Credit Card/Debit Card payment methods we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as well as addresses that do not match the billing address.

 

 

Returns & Exchange Period

We accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days upon receiving order. 

A return order will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • All of the items within the order are not physically damaged and show no sign of physical use unless defective.

  • All of the accessories originally enclosed with the purchased item(s) are included and enclosed with the purchased item(s) and in perfect condition

  • Expired, broken, incorrect, and/or missing items (not included defective) within the order must be reported within 72 hours of the order’s original delivery date. 

We will provide a full refund less a 30% restocking fee. Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.  Also, please note that all buyer's remorse/ cancelled orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by manufacturers warranty.

 In the case you do receive damaged product, outside of damage during transit or processing, no returns or exchanges on e-liquids / e - liquid pods will be accepted.​  Exchanges will only be processed on damaged bottles that are unopened and still retain their factory seal.

 

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • E-liquids

  • Used or open Tanks or Rebuildable Atomizers. 

  • Coils and Pods

  • Batteries/Chargers

  • Disposables(Puff Bars, Mojos etc.)

  • Items with manufacturer’s visual defects including but not limited to lining gaps, small chips in the paint, and off-color resin.

 

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
